1. Shipping Charges
Shipping is complimentary on all orders, regardless of order value. There are no hidden handling fees, no packaging charges, and no surprises at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are typically processed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with your AWB (tracking) number as soon as the courier picks up your shipment.
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Courier Partners
We ship through Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post. The specific carrier is selected based on your delivery pincode to ensure the fastest and most reliable route.
5. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India on all serviceable pincodes. Please note:
- Kindly keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- The delivery agent will not carry change for amounts over ₹500.
- COD orders may take 1 additional business day for verification before dispatch.
7. Undelivered / Returned Orders
If our courier partner is unable to deliver after three attempts — due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refused delivery — the shipment is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, subject to the ₹150 re-shipping charge outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be announced separately when available. For bulk enquiries from outside India, please email sales@milletweightloss.com.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery at your doorstep if possible, and photograph the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy for a free replacement.
