Our Packaging Standard
Every product ships in a two-layer protective package designed specifically for food safety, moisture protection, and journey resilience — because a well-made product deserves to arrive that way.
Food-grade inner pouch
Moisture-barrier, food-grade pouch heat-sealed under hygienic conditions. Each pouch is stamped with the batch number and best-before date.
Cushioned outer carton
Corrugated shipping carton with cushioning around the product. Sealed with tamper-evident tape and clearly labelled with the courier waybill.
Handwritten thank-you note
Every order includes a personal note from our team — because you are not just an order number, you are the reason we do this work.
Your Order, Step by Step
Order placed & confirmed
You receive an instant order confirmation via email and WhatsApp. Your payment is verified within minutes; COD orders are verified within 1 business day.
Order picked & packed
Our team assembles your order, applies quality-check seals, and prepares the shipment label with your address details.
Handed to courier
Your parcel is handed to Delhivery, Shiprocket, or India Post — selected based on the fastest available service for your pincode. You receive the AWB (tracking) number.
In transit
Your parcel moves through the courier network. Live tracking is available anytime from your account or the tracking page.
Out for delivery
You receive an SMS from the courier when the parcel is out for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Received
Inspect the outer carton before signing. If damaged, refuse delivery or photograph immediately and contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Special Cases
Missed deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel. Please ensure your phone is reachable on the delivery day, and consider providing a backup contact number at checkout.
Delivery during festivals
Delivery times may extend by 2–3 days during Diwali, Christmas, Pongal, and other national festivals due to courier backlog. We will keep you posted via WhatsApp of any known delays affecting your order.
Restricted pincodes
A very small number of pincodes are not currently serviceable by any of our courier partners. If your pincode falls in this category, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative delivery address or refund you fully.
