We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable by any of our partners, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative or refund you fully.

Our millet-based products are naturally gluten-free. Rice-flake products are also gluten-free. We do not process any wheat products in our facility. However, we do not carry an independent gluten-free certification yet.

Sprouted millets have a low glycemic index and high fibre — both beneficial for blood-sugar management and PCOS-related metabolic health. That said, if you are managing any medical condition, please consult your physician before making dietary changes.

Six months from the date of manufacture, stored in a cool dry place. Each pack is stamped with a manufacturing and best-before date. Once opened, consume within 30 days for best flavour.

Simplest method: soak 30–40g flakes in warm milk or water for 5–10 minutes. Add fruits, honey, or savoury seasonings. Detailed recipes are on our blog.

No. Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind reasons. This is standard practice across the food industry and aligns with FSSAI food-safety requirements.

You are eligible for a free replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@milletweightloss.com with photos of the outer packaging, the batch label, and the damage. We will ship a replacement within 3–5 business days at no cost.
