  • Shipped — Handed to the courier partner. Tracking number sent to your email and WhatsApp.
  • In transit — Your parcel is moving through the courier network.
  • Out for delivery — Delivery agent is on the way today. Please keep your phone reachable.
  • Delivered — Parcel received. Please inspect within 48 hours and report any damage.
