We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any products — whether digital or physical — unless required by applicable law (such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India for defective products).

Cancellations are not accepted after payment is completed. Please ensure you want the product before placing your order.

6. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
6.1 Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. You can also download them from My Account → Downloads.
6.2 Access Period
Downloads are available for 30 days after purchase. Please save your files locally.
6.3 Technical Issues
If you cannot download your purchase, email digital@milletweightloss.com with your order number.
7. No Return, No Refund, No Exchange – Full Policy
7.1 Digital Products
No refunds, no returns, no exchanges. All digital products (e-books, meal plans, PDFs, printable, downloadable content) are non-refundable once purchased.
7.2 Physical Products
No returns, no refunds, no exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or any reason other than a defective or damaged product as defined under Indian consumer law.
7.3 Defective or Damaged Products (Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

We will review your claim within 5 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Found cheaper elsewhere
Did not like the product
Did not use the product
Lost or stolen package after delivery
Customer damaged the product after opening
Return requested after the specified time limit
8. Refund Process (for Approved Defective/Damaged Claims Only)

Typographical errors in email or phone number
9.2 Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is delivered to the wrong location, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or replacement.
9.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), you will be responsible for re-shipping charges (₹99) if you still want the product. No refund will be issued.
